What do I need to bring?

A specific training problem and access to someone who knows the work. Existing procedures, slides, checklists or examples are helpful starting materials.

Can we create English and Spanish materials?

English and Spanish materials are part of our service focus. We’ll agree on the languages, review process and any effect on scope or price before starting.

Does the pilot cover a complete onboarding program?

Each beta offer addresses one defined problem. A full 30–60–90-day program involves a broader scope. We can identify one priority task to pilot first and discuss the rest separately.

How do you use AI?

AI assists content creation. Your business knowledge guides the work, and your subject experts review the content for accuracy and relevance.

What about revisions, delivery time and hosting?

We’ll confirm the review rounds, delivery schedule, file formats and any platform or hosting needs in the project scope before you commit.
